Currently, as founder and CEO of Lisa Health, a privately-held digital women’s health company, Ann leads the team to develop and launch the first modern app for midlife women and menopause. She is passionate about women’s health and eliminating the shame and silence surrounding menopause and reducing the serious and costly health risks that women face as they age.
Previously, as COO at CarePayment, the leader in patient financial engagement, Ann oversaw a complex consumer finance product portfolio and regulatory environment. During her nearly four-year tenure, she accelerated sales growth, launched new products, and pioneered new models for patient financial engagement that set the industry standard. At RelayHealth (McKesson), Ann served as senior vice president of marketing and operations. She established the company as the category leader in patient-physician online services, participated in raising capital, and scaled
operations to implement and support payer and physician group clients. Ann was an early employee of Paradigm Health (Alere/Optum), serving as vice president of strategic planning and marketing. She managed board communications and participated in board meetings at all three companies.
Early in her career, Ann developed the first case management software product and acquired the company’s first twelve payer and third-party administrator clients.
Ann is a sought out advisor for numerous startups and companies undergoing rapid growth in the health tech, healthcare services, and life sciences sectors. She specializes in organizational strategy
and transformation, business planning and fundraising, product and marketing strategy, and customer success.
Ann earned a BA in Communications from California State University. She completed executive programs at Stanford University in Strategy and Organization and Marketing Management. Ann currently sits on the advisory boards for FemTech Collective and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Bay Area chapter. She is a CSweetener mentor, a non-profit helping to lift women in healthcare into the C-Suite and an Ambassador for AnnieCannons, a non-profit teaching women
who were human trafficked how to code. She was on the advisory board and key spokesperson for the Alameda County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program for 10 years.
