Debbie Garner joined FEMSelect (formerly POP Medical Solutions) as CEO in March, 2016. Debbie brings with her over 20 years in healthcare commercial roles as well as a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from The Wharton School. Upon graduation from Wharton, Debbie joined Eli Lilly and Company where she held a variety of brand management and sales management roles in both the US and Israel organizations and in both the Women’s Health and Neuroscience divisions. In her sales management roles, Debbie led teams of 12-15 people and was responsible for bringing in $25M in sales. As a product manager, Debbie designed and executed a business strategy to launch a new product into the Israeli health basket. After 12 years at Lilly, Debbie joined iMDsoft (a developer of hospital software interfacing with medical devices) where she was responsible for software implementation in the ICU and OR environments through Europe, Israel and Australia. Before joining POP, Debbie served as the EMEA Regional Director for Avalere Health (healthcare advisory services) where she was responsible for the marketing plan, sales and account management in both Israel and the EU.
