Justin Browning has an undergraduate in Education and a MS in Education Technology and dedicates his career to Rural Education, Workforce Development, and Community Engagement. Justin is a leader in building tomorrow’s Rural Workforce and Innovators leveraging STEAM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math). In his role in BC Skills, Justin has brought national attention to his workforce development program, designed to bridge the technology skills gap in rural America and to make connections to the software development and entrepreneurship. A passionate practitioner, on a daily basis one could find Justin constructing wireframes, consulting educational entities and start-ups, or connecting the young and driven innovators of rural Kentucky. This diverse platform is fueled by Justin’s passion to provide unprecedented opportunities for educational and professional growth to demographics too ofter overlooked. Justin completed his undergraduate studies in education at Western Kentucky University and holds a Masters of Science in Educational Technology.
