Nancy is one of, if not the foremost expert in Rx-to-OTC switches in the pharmaceutical industry, having set precedents with a number of successful conversions in her thirty-five year career. She has a solid track record of success in Business Development, Marketing, Managed Care and Sales. Her background includes positions with Sterling Drug, Sandoz (now Novartis), Schering Plough and Merck. Having worked on both the pharmaceutical and consumer sides of the business, she possesses a rare combination of insights and skills.
