With more than 25 years of experience at Lilly, Amy Davis leads the Clinical Trial Foundations organization, drawing on deep expertise in clinical and integrated drug development, project management, and medical affairs. This cross-functional team supports the delivery of clinical research by stewarding clinical trial technology, integrated processes, and strategic partnerships, and by helping shape global policy. Together, we advance Lilly’s clinical trial modernization efforts through policy advocacy, technology innovation, data systems excellence, and community-based research.
Amy’s career at Lilly spans clinical and integrated drug development, medical affairs, project management, and strategy and operations across multiple therapeutic areas. Grounded in my background as a pharmacist and direct patient care, this experience drives my commitment to advancing clinical research and expanding equitable access to scientific innovation.
Amy also proudly serves on the Scientific Advisory Council and Trust for Springboard Enterprises, a national 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to accelerating the growth of women-led entrepreneurial companies through access to essential resources and a global community of industry experts, investors, and innovators. In this capacity, Amy has the privilege of representing Lilly and mentoring women entrepreneurs within the life sciences industry.
