Angela Wyan is Vice President, Development at Springboard Enterprises, where she leads revenue strategy, funder and partner engagement, and development infrastructure in support of Springboard’s mission to accelerate the growth of women-led companies. In this role, she works across philanthropy, corporate partnerships, sponsorships, Board engagement, and ecosystem relationships to help expand Springboard’s reach and long-term impact.
Angela brings more than 20 years of experience helping high-impact organizations grow through strategy, resource mobilization, partnerships, innovation, and stronger operating systems. Her background spans global institutions, nonprofits, social enterprise, and entrepreneurship, including leadership and advisory roles with the UN World Food Programme and the World Bank. At WFP, she helped grow innovation funding, scale emerging solutions across complex markets, and build partnerships with philanthropic, corporate, and institutional actors.
She also brings a founder-centered perspective, having built ventures herself and advised entrepreneurs and executives on growth, strategy, and execution. Angela is especially interested in helping Springboard translate its 25-year legacy, founder community, alumnae network, and ecosystem relationships into durable revenue and deeper support for women entrepreneurs building the companies and markets of the future.
