Angie Kramer is the founder and CEO of Provera Care Inc., the company behind Pearl (hellopearl.app), a longevity platform built around private Circles. Pearl starts from a simple belief: the Core Member, whatever their age, still has a lot of living to do. Pearl is a hub that keeps them in control of their own life, surrounded by the family, friends, and Trusted Providers they choose. As needs change over the years, the Circle grows with them: new people join, new services connect through Pearl’s provider marketplace, and everything stays in one shared space. Pearl is built to stay with a family for the long run, supporting better living at every stage. Angie created Pearl for her own family after her mom’s medical crisis showed her how much families need one place to come together around the person they love.
A three-time founder, Angie has spent 20+ years in customer experience, loyalty, and growth strategy, including senior roles at AIMIA, Isobar Canada, and MacLaren McCann, and a decade running her own consulting firm specializing in UX/UI strategy, research, and design with a focus on accessibility, for clients including Walmart Canada, Walmart International, CAA, and Rothy’s. She also founded JobBliss, a workforce management SaaS operating since 2014, and holds an MIT Sloan certification in AI. She is based in Oakville, Ontario.
