Lona is a strategist and Chief of Staff for a Fortune 100 executive. Previously, at
Johnson & Johnson Innovation, she shaped the future of health by sourcing
breakthrough external innovation across partnerships, incubation, and venture
capital. She also led venture and growth design at J&J’s global design studio,
crafting strategies for new products, services, and business models across iconic
consumer brands, pharmaceuticals, and med tech. Before J&J, Lona worked in
venture philanthropy and management consulting, advising companies on growth
and transformation. She holds an MPH from Columbia University and an MBA from
Cornell. Lona is a champion for women’s health and is an investor in Portfolia’s
Women’s Health Fund.
