Sarah Dillingham is the CEO and Co-founder of Grace & Able. She has a mission to improve people’s joint health, through stylish, functional orthopedic products.
Sarah was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis over 20 years ago, an experience that profoundly shaped her career path away from the corporate world (KPMG, EY, PWC), and towards her entrepreneurial mission.
Sarah founded Grace & Able in 2022 after being unable to find an attractive wrist brace for her own wedding. What began as a personal frustration became a business serving the 90 million people in the US who live with chronic joint pain.
Working alongside her co-founder, Trevor, an occupational therapist, Sarah has developed a line of joint-support wearables based on the American College of Rheumatology Guidelines for managing joint health at home. Grace & Able products have been seen on Good Morning America, The View, Good Housekeeping and QVC.
Sarah also manages a free online community of over 30,000 women living with rheumatoid arthritis.
She is part of the Tory Burch Foundation Fellowship.
