My work sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, Medicaid strategy, and community-based care. I partner with health systems, managed care organizations, state agencies, and investors to strengthen and grow models across home health, home care, LTSS, behavioral health, NEMT, population health and provider networks always with a focus on improving outcomes while building sustainable performance.
I have deep experience leading large, cross-functional teams in matrixed environments and aligning clinical, operational, financial, and growth priorities to drive real results. I’m especially skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder ecosystems that include payers, providers, regulators, and community organizations.
I also advise healthcare startups and emerging growth companies on market positioning, Medicaid and payer strategy, partnerships, and scalable operating models. Much of my advisory work centers on home and community-based services, behavioral health, tech-enabled care, and value-based infrastructure that supports people with complex needs.
