Partner and VP of Valuation & Business Modelling, EY
Tiki is a Partner in the Toronto Valuation Group within EY with over 13 years of professional experience. She has a long history of passionately supporting professional women and in particular women entrepreneurs. She leads and supports the firm’s Growth Markets Women Entrepreneur pillar in the Central market, with a focus on providing awareness and access to women entrepreneurs. She currently co-leads EY’s Entrepreneurial Winning Women program in Canada, is a program champion for EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year program in Ontario, and was formerly the chair of EY’s GTA Professional Women’s Network.
Tiki has provided valuation advisory services for a variety of industries, including life sciences, technology, and mining and metals. She is a valuation representative on EY’s Knowledge Base Industry (“KBI”) sector team. KBI broadly refers to technology, biotechnology, and media and entertainment companies. She has coordinated and led valuation assignments for public and private companies for acquisitions and divestitures, valuations for taxation and strategic planning purposes, shareholder reorganizations, litigation support, intangible-asset valuations and financial reporting purposes. Tiki holds a Bachelor of Biotechnology and Chartered Accountancy and a Master in Accountancy from the University of Waterloo. She is a CPA, CA and a CBV.
