Katie Eggers is the CEO & Founder of NovaScale Advisory, where she advises, scales, and invests in early-stage healthtech and agetech startups.
As an operator, she lived the hyperscale journey as Vice President and Head of Delivery and Customer Service at KarmaCheck, building everything post-sales from seven to eight figures in revenue as the healthtech company secured a $45 million Series B. Previously, she also managed $80 billion in multi-sector assets at BlackRock.
With deep experience transforming highly-regulated industries, her current work at NovaScale Advisory spans go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, customer experience, and fundraising readiness. As an angel investor and LP, she hears hundreds of pitches every year, giving her a practiced eye for what early-stage founders need to attract capital.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Katie’s commitment to education shines, as highlighted by her time as an instructor at the University of Denver and her role in a Stanford University initiative to kickstart digital education for Title 1 high schools. As an instructor, she taught topics spanning financial analysis, programming, and machine learning. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance & Economics, Katie’s dedication to excellence is further reflected in a Graduate Certificate in Computer Science. She’s also been awarded as a Top 50 Women Leader in Healthcare Technology (2024) and a Top 50 Women Leader in Technology (2024, 2025).
