We may send you information from affiliate organizations, and these will be rerouted through Springboard Enterprises to ensure your privacy. Credit card information is stored confidentially, and is accessible only to our staff. This information will not be made available to any outside sources. Springboard requires applicants and attendees for our programs to provide information on their businesses in order to participate in our programs. We work in collaboration with other organizations and institutions. We share information on applicants and registrants only with licensed members of our organization, and do not share this information with outside sources. These licensed partners by contract cannot use this information for another purpose without your consent.

Springboard’s website includes many links to third party sites and resources, and these are not covered under our privacy policy. We made every attempt to make sure these links are currently active; however, we do not assume responsibility for the content of these websites. Illegal Activity

Our privacy policy does not apply in instances of improper and/or illegal activity. We may share your information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of law, or comply with a legal process served on us. In addition, we may disclose your personal information to law enforcement authorities investigating suspected illegal activity or to its legal advisors in connection with suspected violation of this privacy policy or our terms of use.

Modify/Delete/Deactivate

You may modify information previously provided to us, remove information from our database, and elect and/or choose to no longer receive our services by sending an email stating your removal request to infosbe@sb.co. Please include your full name, address, and contact information in the request to allow us to verify your identity.
