Springboard requires applicants and attendees for our programs to provide information on their businesses in order to participate in our programs. We work in collaboration with other organizations and institutions. We share information on applicants and registrants only with licensed members of our organization, and do not share this information with outside sources. These licensed partners by contract cannot use this information for another purpose without your consent.

Springboard’s website includes many links to third party sites and resources, and these are not covered under our privacy policy. We made every attempt to make sure these links are currently active; however, we do not assume responsibility for the content of these websites. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of these websites as well.

Illegal Activity
Our privacy policy does not apply in instances of improper and/or illegal activity. We may share your information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of law, or comply with a legal process served on us.
