Before joining Rua, Jillian served as Chief Strategy Officer at FemHealth Insights, a data-driven platform advancing research, investment, and innovation in women’s health. She is passionate about mentoring early-stage startups and sharing her expertise in navigating the challenges of bringing healthcare solutions to market.
With a strong track record in scaling healthcare innovations, Jillian is dedicated to expanding access to quality care and improving patient outcomes.
Jillian currently serves as an Executive-in-Residence (EIR) at Springboard, advising and mentoring women-led startups across healthcare, women’s health, and technology.
