Springboard, in partnership with Stearns Bank and GCU, is bringing Dolphin Tank® to Phoenix, AZ. Springboard’s Dolphin Tank® pitch event brings the power of our collective community to women entrepreneurs innovating in enterprise tech. Our Dolphin Tank® events showcase exciting women-led companies and provide them with the opportunity for connections, capital, and insight from our audience of investors, advisors, and industry leaders.
We’re looking for the best and brightest women-led tech startups, apply to pitch their companies or join us as an audience member to support and engage with innovative women-led businesses.
Founder Workshop: Join us for an inspiring and supportive afternoon designed just for founders! Beginning with our Founder Workshop from 3:00–5:00 PM MT, you’ll engage in two interactive, hands-on sessions focused on strengthening your Fundraising Readiness and thinking intentionally about IP Strategy. This workshop offers a collaborative space to workshop ideas, get practical guidance, and walk away with tools you can use right away — whether you’re actively fundraising or planning ahead.

- Entrepreneurs and their companies are selected via an application process.
- Presenters deliver a three-minute pitch addressing a challenge or unique opportunity.
- Solutions, connections, strategies, and opportunities for investment are crowdsourced from the audience.
