Cheryl is an internationally recognized advisor to life sciences companies and some of the industry’s largest investors. She assists clients in developing innovative strategies for domestic and international growth and advises on highly complex transactions around the globe. She represents biotechnology, medical device, and health technology companies at all stages of their development, from inventors and start-ups to major public corporations, as well as venture capitalists, investment banks, and academic medical centers.
Former President and CEO, Medical Device Innovation Consortium
Pamela Goldberg is globally recognized leader in medical technology innovation, leading strategy to affect change for industry and regulators. Her focus on collaboration and driving change have been instrumental in making progress for the medical device industry in partnership with the FDA, patient advocacy groups and clinical sites. During her time at MDIC, she has led its growth with RWE, clinical trial science, digital technologies, and health economics.
Operating Partner, The Engine
Rachel Sha is an Executive-in-Residence at The Engine, a venture fund spun-out of MIT that invests in Tough Tech companies primarily in the Boston area. She advises companies and works with The Engine team in exploring investment themes, opportunities, and programming. Prior to this, she was the Global Vice President of Digital Strategy, Partnering and Governance at Sanofi where she led global strategy, business development, and governance of digital programs to transform Sanofi and healthcare.
Chief Commercial Officer, MedAware
Throughout her career, Diane has held various leadership roles within sales, marketing, and operations for healthcare IT/SaaS organizations most recently successfully launching a real time Rx pricing decision support application (CenterX, an AmerisourceBergen company) in the Epic customer market and launching Israeli-based MedAware in the U.S. healthcare market. She has a unique ability to understand the complex “business of healthcare” and competing clinical-financial-quality drivers her customers face daily and thrives on providing creative solutions that move healthcare forward.
