Alisa Wilson is a Managing Director and leader in the National Life Sciences
practice at Accenture. She has 25 years of industry experience building
practices and leading innovative transformations to address the complex
industry challenges in Life Sciences. Whether it’s a digital implementation,
new strategy, or changing the nature of work, Alisa brings her deep
knowledge in Life Sciences to advise leaders on preparing for and
implementing new innovations and transformations in an agile manner. Her
Ph.D. is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Alisa actively serves as an
advisor and board member to Healthcare Business Women’s Association
(HBA) and advisor to Springboard Life Sciences Healthcare CEOs. Most
recently, Alisa was honored as Top 50 Women Leaders in Bay Area for
2025. Additionally, she has published articles in Women’s Health Innovation
and Cell and Gene Therapy strategies for growth, presented at 2025 JPM
conference on State of Women’s Health in Therapeutic Areas with
Springboard, and a moderated and participated in panels at Galien Awards
and JPM Life Sciences trends sessions.
