Allison advises on a broad variety of corporate matters to support clients in the technology and life sciences industries. Her practice includes the formation of new startup companies, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. Allison provides clients with practical and thoughtful advice to help solve their business and legal issues, and assists clients in structuring, negotiating and closing business transactions quickly and effectively. She also represents and advises leading incubators, angel investors, venture capitalists and strategic investors investing in technology companies. During law school, Allison was the recipient of the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence and the Cali Excellence for the Future Award in her Negotiation and Settlement course. She also served as co-president of the University of California College of the Law’s Black Law Student Association. Allison was awarded the Nathaniel J. Hasenfus Eagle of the Year Award at Boston College and was the recipient of the Weaver-James-Corrigan postgraduate scholarship. Allison was named as one of Super Lawyers’ New York Metro Rising Stars. Allison was recently recognized in Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation 2023.
