Brooks, MD, MS, is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician with more than 20 years of clinical experience dedicated to improving the lives of individuals living with chronic pain and age-related health challenges. She is a physician-scientist, executive leader, and nationally recognized speaker whose work bridges clinical care, research, innovation, and organizational transformation.

In addition to her clinical and research accomplishments, Dr. Brooks serves as Vice President for Institutional Learning and Transformation, where she leads initiatives that foster data-informed decision-making, organizational improvement, and innovation across a complex academic health enterprise. Her expertise spans health care delivery, digital health, analytics, leadership development, and change management.

A passionate advocate for equitable access to care and healthy aging, Dr. Brooks is committed to helping organizations develop scalable, patient-centered solutions that improve quality of life for older adults and their caregivers. Through her leadership, research, and community engagement, she brings a unique perspective at the intersection of medicine, technology, aging, and innovation.
