Anne Ballinger Morrissey is a director, advisor, investor, and entrepreneurial founder with a
distinguished track record of building successful healthcare companies. Across MedTech,
diagnostics, and biotech, she has played a central role in creating companies that have
collectively exited for over $900M, including Alydia Health’s acquisition by Organon.
Anne is known for her ability to build high-trust, meaningful relationships and for her deep
commitment to advancing women’s health. As a CEO and strategic advisor, she has worked
closely with founders and leadership teams on company formation, strategy, fundraising, and
M&A, bringing a commercially grounded and pragmatic perspective to growth and value
creation.
Over the past decade, Anne has advised and mentored multiple CEOs and emerging leaders. She
also consults with venture and institutional investors—particularly in women’s health—
