Doonyah Alucozai

Program Associate

Doonyah Alucozai is a Program Associate at Springboard Enterprises, where she drives the operations behind Springboard’s accelerators. She manages founder pipelines, coordinates advisors, and keeps cohorts moving. She joined Springboard to help build lasting infrastructure around companies led by women and to shape the next chapter of the Longevity Accelerator.

Doonyah has built her career taking ideas from zero to one and scaling them through high-growth stages in digital health. She held care delivery roles at Ro and Charlie Health, where she worked across clinical operations, product, and patient experience at scale. At Stanford’s Muslim Mental Health and Islamic Psychology Lab, she co-authored published research on refugee mental health, with additional published work in pediatric radiology and reproductive endocrinology. In 2020, she co-founded Muslim Women in Healthcare (MWIH) and has grown it into a national professional community of partnerships and programming.

At her core, Doonyah is a builder who turns early ideas into structured, sustainable programs. She holds a BS in Neuroscience from Purdue University and a graduate degree in Cell Biology and Anatomy from the Indiana University School of Medicine.
