Hannah currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Pacira Biosciences, where she shapes corporate growth strategy and evaluates acquisitions, licensing opportunities, partnerships, and portfolio-building initiatives. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Strategy at Coherus Oncology, she led enterprise portfolio planning and investment evaluation across immuno-oncology programs, translating scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial considerations into development and capital allocation decisions.
Earlier in her career, Hannah held leadership roles in business development and corporate strategy at TherapeuticsMD, where she evaluated strategic opportunities across pharmaceuticals, medtech, and consumer health and helped transform and monetize a commercial platform through a $150 million divestiture. She began her career advising biotechnology and healthcare companies at MTS Health Partners, supporting more than $1.5 billion in strategic transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising initiatives.
Hannah serves on the Board of Directors of Innata Bio (formerly CarthroniX), advising on corporate strategy, financing priorities, development plans, and long-term value creation. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Biology from Brown University.
She is passionate about supporting innovative companies developing transformative therapies and helping founders navigate the strategic decisions required to translate breakthrough science into meaningful patient impact.
