As Executive Director of HLTH Foundation, Janna Guinen drives its mission and strategy for equitable and inclusive healthcare. She has helped establish the foundation’s reputation as a champion for underserved and underrepresented patients, health tech entrepreneurs, and healthcare professionals.
Since joining HLTH Foundation in 2020, Janna has led significant growth in its mentorship program for gender equity in healthcare, CSweetener; launched the Techquity for Health Coalition to accelerate reductions in outcome disparities and inequities through equitable digital health; and established creative partnerships to promote patient inclusion in healthcare innovation.
Throughout her career, she has advised providers and health tech innovators on communications, content strategy, program development, and executive visibility.
