Kate Liebelt

Executive Chief of Staff to the CEO, Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy

Kate Liebelt is an executive enterprise operator and transformation leader in life sciences and
healthcare who turns vision into execution that delivers results. She partners with C-suite and
boards across strategy, P&L, operations, digital transformation, portfolio management, and
operating model design to scale organizations and maximize enterprise value in complex,
fast-moving environments. Known for her systems thinking, operational rigor, and
compassionate leadership, she builds high-impact teams anchored in clear purpose, aligned
incentives, and meaningful metrics. Kate also advises family offices, nonprofits, and angel
investors focused on women’s health and breakthrough science, is a co-author of the
Trustworthy Technology textbook series, and has taught at the University of Pennsylvania and
Harvard University.
