Kiki Federico

Chief of Staff

Kiki Federico is the Chief of Staff at Springboard Enterprises, where she partners with CEO Umbreen Bhatti to lead operations, stakeholder engagement, and team development during a transformative period in the organization’s history. She comes to the role drawn by the opportunity to help define Springboard’s next chapter alongside the founders, investors, and advisors working to build a healthier world.

Kiki has spent the past decade as a strategic partner and operator to startup CEOs and founders — helping them build from zero to one and bring ambitious ideas to life. Her work has spanned fintech, luxury wellness, and leadership development, including launching a pan-African global currency, securing a landmark Samsung partnership reaching 100M+ users globally, and designing leadership programs for women executives in media. She started her career as a commercial leader at Siemens in San Francisco, where she built a $20M vertical in real estate technology across some of Silicon Valley’s largest campuses.

Kiki’s leadership is guided by a career-long commitment to pairing strategic and operational rigor with investment in developing people and culture. As an impact leader, she led the partnerships function at IFundWomen and Grace Institute of New York — working with Visa, Allergan, Goldman Sachs, and Memorial Sloan Kettering to deploy $3M in capital to over 1,000 women founders across 17 countries and create career pathways for 300 underrepresented women annually.

Beyond her professional work, Kiki is a trained facilitator and the host of a 150-member women’s leadership community in Austin. Guided by a passion for holistic health, inner development, and the deeper questions about what connects us, she brings that perspective into everything she builds — believing the best outcomes arise when we invest in people, and most importantly ourselves, as much as performance.
