Kira Burns, Co-Founder and CEO of Gravitrex, has dedicated much of her professional life to reshaping how people recover after illness or injury. Formerly Marketing Director for Region Europe at Abbott Nutrition, she has a deep expertise in developing products that support aging adults, helping people maintain independence longer. Today, she leads Gravitrex, a startup on a mission to make walking rehabilitation more accessible to individuals recovering from stroke, illness, or injury by creating devices that are scalable across the continuum of post-acute care. As a woman leading a team building engineered hard-tech devices, she is committed to championing representation and supporting other women innovating in Agetech and beyond.
