Dr. Manoj Reddy is a radiation oncologist with more than 20 years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience across academic medicine, health-system oncology, and community practice. He is the Founder and CEO of the Integrative Oncology Working Group (IOWG), a global professional community of more than 3,200 cancer-care professionals across 78 countries focused on evidence-informed, whole-person cancer care.
He is trained in integrative medicine, board certified in radiation oncology and obesity medicine, has completed MIT certificate training in AI in healthcare, and is currently completing longevity medicine certification training. His current work focuses on helping oncology care extend beyond treatment and surveillance into survivorship, healthspan, advanced diagnostics, AI-enabled care, and practical clinical implementation.
Dr. Reddy is also a Venture Capital Fellow with the Material Change Institute and recently became a Limited Partner in Portfolia’s Women’s Health Fund IV. He is developing an innovation and investment thesis around the future of cancer care, women’s health, longevity, clinician-led innovation, and scalable models that improve patient outcomes. He brings a practical clinician-operator perspective to early-stage companies, helping founders refine clinical use cases, evidence strategy, adoption pathways, stakeholder messaging, and healthcare partnerships.
