As Director of Insights Membership at Rock Health, Moe leads a team of Dedicated
Advisors who partner with enterprise companies to navigate the health tech and
innovation landscapes. Previously, she served as Vice President of Innovation
Programs at Redesign Health, where she developed and led Innovation Advisory
Services. With over 20 years of experience in corporate innovation, venture
building, and advisory services, Moe has held impactful roles at organizations like
DuPont, Corbion, Dreamit Ventures, and Accenture. Her expertise spans
healthcare, food ingredients, biochemicals, and green chemistry, guiding both
startups and Fortune 500 companies in navigating the complexities of innovation.
An active mentor and entrepreneurship educator, Moe teaches in the NSF I-Corps
program and serves as adjunct faculty in Technical Entrepreneurship at Lehigh
University. She holds an MBA, as well as BS and MS degrees in Chemical
Engineering, all from Lehigh University.
