Prem Batchu-Green, DPT, MBA, HEOR-C, is a healthcare executive, clinician, and commercialization leader with more than 20 years of experience helping healthcare organizations bring innovative technologies from concept to scalable market adoption. She has built and led strategic partnerships across health systems, digital health, life sciences, and technology organizations, translating clinical innovation into measurable operational, financial, and patient outcomes.
Throughout her career, Prem has held executive leadership roles spanning commercial strategy, product strategy, clinical innovation, health economics, market access, and enterprise growth. Most recently, she served as General Manager for the Americas at Proximie, leading U.S. commercial strategy, strategic partnerships, customer success, and market expansion for AI-powered surgical intelligence solutions. Previously, she held senior leadership positions at Viz.ai and iRhythm Technologies, where she helped accelerate adoption of AI-enabled care pathways and digital health solutions across hundreds of health systems.
Prem’s expertise includes go-to-market strategy, product-market fit, health system partnerships, commercialization, enterprise sales, value-based care, reimbursement strategy, clinical validation, and real-world evidence generation. She has extensive experience working with executive teams, founders, clinicians, investors, and industry partners to build solutions that address meaningful healthcare challenges.
In addition to her operating experience, Prem serves as a lecturer in Digital Health Strategy at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Stanley Manne Children’s Research Institute at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.
