Tanjina Shapiro

Founder, Elevate and Evolve LLC

Tanjina Shapiro is an executive guide and fractional COO for high-achieving women navigating pivotal career/business transitions, helping them design their next chapter with clarity and confidence.

Her foundation in the longevity space was built over a decade at AARP, where she led consumer technology partnerships including Best Buy, Geek Squad, Amazon Kindle, and Consumer Cellular (acquired in in 2020 for $2.3 billion), designed to reduce isolation among older adults and keep them connected to the people they love.

She then moved into healthcare operations, drawn by the opportunity to apply her human-centered design background at greater scale. As Chief of Staff at Evolent Health, she managed a $15M P&L and physician engagement strategy. As Chief Operating Officer of Curation Health, she scaled the company from 5 to 50+ employees serving health systems, Medicare Advantage plans, and payers.

Today, through her Intentional S.H.I.F.T. practice, she guides high-achieving women, many balancing caregiving alongside their careers, to sharpen their decision-making and build sustainable ways of leading.
