Tatyana Baranovsky is a commercialization leader with 15 years of experience in biopharma market access and product marketing. She currently serves as Director of Market Access Strategy at Regeneron, where she leads HCP reimbursement strategy for the ophthalmology portfolio. Tatyana has launched multiple specialty and rare disease therapeutic products, including three for ALS, and previously held senior roles at Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America, Allergan, and Novartis. With a dual MBA and MS in Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers, she brings a cross-functional lens to strategic planning and go-to-market execution.
