Violet Aldaia

Founder & CEO of Sentai Health Solutions

With over two decades of experience scaling high-growth healthcare businesses and entrepreneurial ventures, Violet is a strategic business leader known for transforming the healthcare landscape through data-driven marketing, innovative partnerships, and operational excellence. Recognized by PharmaVoice 100 and Forbes, Violet has delivered exceptional results for top pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and start- ups, notably in women’s and men’s health, dermatology, obesity, diabetes, oncology, rare disease and other high-impact therapeutic areas.

In recent years, Violet has served as an Early Stage Advisor at Springboard Enterprises and Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Yale Ventures, mentoring health tech and women’s health start-ups through their Seed rounds and beyond. As President of Havas Life Chelsea, Violet led the agency through significant growth and innovation by integrating modern marketing and technology solutions to reach healthcare decision makers and GTM strategies that included B2B and B2C. Violet recruited, led and mentored teams to launch 12 new brands across Top 15 global pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

Previously, as President of Daggerwing Health, Violet expanded the agency’s client base and pioneered revenue streams through partnerships with Salesforce and Adobe, as well as closing gaps with new products like the Patient Centricity Quotient. Her work included development of one of the first B2C obesity prescription launches using digital health platform Ro, utilizing demand generation and subscription model GTM strategies. Violet also held various leadership roles at Omnicom and WPP, where she played a key role in launching brands and modernizing customer digital engagement for major global healthcare clients.

An advocate for industry development, Violet served as Board Chair of 4A’s Health, is a long time board member of the Healthcare Business Women’s Association and Executive Women In Bio. With expertise in healthcare AI from Harvard Medical School, Violet continues to drive innovation and shape the future of healthcare commercialization, clinical workflow and business strategy. Violet is a native New Yorker and completed her Bachelor of Science at Georgetown University with a dual degree in Biology and Psychology. She worked in various renowned institutions such as NCI, Georgetown Lombardi Cancer Center, and the NIH before bringing her scientific expertise to the healthcare industry to focus on patient care across the entire health ecosystem.
