Peter Micca is a Senior Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP with over 30 years of experience serving a broad array of organizations in all sectors of the healthcare, technology and life sciences industries; including significant experience with emerging growth private equity, venture capital and strategic investor financed companies. Practical, deep knowledge of industry business issues and emerging trends surrounding consumerism, convergence, cost considerations, regulatory and compliance issues and consolidation.

Dr. Lyndsey Harper is a Board Certified Ob/Gyn, Associate Professor of Ob/Gyn for Texas A&M COM, a Fellow of The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and a Fellow of the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health. Dr. Harper is the founder and CEO of Rosy, a women’s health technology company that connects women who have sexual health concerns with hope, community, and research-backed solutions. She has been named Forbes Top 53 Women Disrupting Healthcare, a Top Innovator in North Texas for 2020, a DBJ Top Woman in Tech and in 2023, Dr. Harper and Rosy were awarded the Women’s Health Innovation Summit (WHIS) Judge’s Choice Award.

Jessie stepped down as an equity partner and head of the Investment Funds practice at a major law firm in 2020 to launch All Places, a business and legal strategy firm seeking to create a more equitable world by actively helping women from all backgrounds and industries grow their business without limits. All Places is the only firm in the country focused primarily on female asset managers and entrepreneurs. In less than a year, the firm’s client roster has grown to include trailblazing consumer brands like Táche, Omsom, Rosy, Elims, and Lady Falcon Coffee Club, and funds like MPowered Capital, Turning Rock Partners, SoGal Ventures, Supply Change Capital, and Growth Warrior Capital, all led by women.
