Brielle Sneed is the Senior Manager, Ecosystem at Springboard Enterprises, where she serves as the first point of contact for founders, alumnae, investors, and advisors looking to connect with, contribute to, and draw from the Springboard community. She came to the role drawn by the opportunity to deepen and grow a network built around a simple conviction: that women-led companies succeed when the people building them have fierce advocates in their corner.
Brielle’s career has spanned ad tech, media, corporate knowledge management, events, and higher education — each chapter shaped by mentors and sponsors who opened doors and modeled what it looks like to invest in others. Most recently, she served as Assistant Director of Student and Alumni Engagement at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she worked on alumni relations and saw firsthand what a community committed to mutual success can sustain over decades. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly five years at FreeWheel, a Comcast company, building and leading the Knowledge Management and Training function from the ground up.
Brielle brings to Springboard a rare combination of relationship instinct and operational discipline. She is as comfortable building systems and closing feedback loops as she is getting on a call with a founder to figure out what they actually need. Her goal is to make Springboard’s community a place people keep returning to — and keep pouring into.
