Loulia Kassem is a pharmaceutical biotechnologist, entrepreneur, and CEO of Rea Diagnostics — a startup spun out of one of Europe’s leading technical universities, unlocking vaginal biomarkers as a diagnostic frontier in women’s health. A second-time founder with deep roots in both science and business, she has built Rea from a research lab into a clinical-stage company now moving toward market in Europe and the US. Loulia is a vocal advocate for closing the research and investment gap in women’s health — and for the idea that female biology deserves the same scientific rigor the rest of medicine takes for granted.
