Our Innovation Programs are open to senior leaders of any gender, race, and other demographic backgrounds at women-founded, women-led, and co-led companies. Senior leaders are individuals who hold significant and meaningful decision-making authority and/or equity stake in the company (e.g. CEO, COO, CCO, CTO and other C-suite equivalent level positions.)
With areas of focus including Life Sciences, Digital Health, and Retail Tech, each Innovation Cohort includes between 8-12 companies that are recruited, qualified, and advised by our expert network.
Selected companies participate in an intensive Bootcamp where they use advisory sessions with industry subject matter experts to refine their business model, perfect their company pitch, validate their path to commercialization, and more. Soon after, they are assigned a personal advisory team that provides input on business strategy and opens doors to relevant connections and opportunities. The program concludes with the opportunity to present before a relevant audience of investors and corporate partners.
But the relationship doesn’t stop there.
We are “invested” in the long-term success of our entrepreneurs. Springboard continues to serve as a relentless advocate for our entrepreneurs, building and leveraging our external relationships and the connections within our network to add value, whether by helping you get access when you need it, or by watching your back in the most challenging of circumstances. We target entrepreneurs who believe in the power of the network and will invest back in Springboard over their entrepreneurial career.

We’re often asked how we’re different from the hundreds of other accelerator programs that exist around the world to help startups grow. Besides having a 24-year track record and experience working with over 920 companies, here are a few of the things that make Springboard unique:
Alumnae community of over 850 founders and CEOs who’ve “been there, run that.”
Connections to relevant advisors based on your specific needs right now.
Selected companies pay a program fee.
No need to uproot your company, we engage you virtually with our network.
Ongoing opportunities for exposure and connections as a Springboard Alumna.
We’re looking for more than just “high-growth” and “women-led.”
To be eligible for Springboard’s Innovation Program, you must be a woman in a senior management position with a significant equity stake in the company. Our programs generally have an industry-specific focus.
