New York, New York (December 10th, 2025) Springboard Enterprises, the world-leading accelerator in advancing women-led innovation, has announced that SBE Australia will now be fully integrated into its global community. As part of this transition, SBE Australia will shift its focus from hosting local programs to fully joining the global Springboard Enterprises community, emphasizing international collaboration and shared opportunities for women entrepreneurs worldwide.
Founded in 2012, twelve years after the launch of Springboard Enterprises in the U.S., SBE Australia was the first program to recognize and champion the opportunity presented by high-potential women entrepreneurs in Australia.
“SBE Australia has been home to an extraordinary community of founders and mentors. While we are shifting the delivery of this impactful global program back to the US, the Australian graduates of the Springboard Enterprises network will continue to be part of their global community. We also encourage women founders of any high-scale ANZ-based business to take advantage of the programs Springboard Enterprises offers in the US. These changes create new opportunities for any woman founder in collaboration, mentorship, and growth on an international scale” – Kerri Lee Sinclair, SBE Australia Board Chair
Since its inception, SBE Australia has played a pivotal role in advancing women entrepreneurs across the Asia-Pacific region, cultivating a powerful network of innovators, investors, and high-growth companies. The community includes founders behind globally recognised ventures—from Canva, now generating more than $3 billion in annual revenue, to Regrow, a climate-tech leader helping farmers and global food systems transform land stewardship at scale; MySpringday, expanding access to compassionate, personalised women’s health care; LVLY, a homegrown success reimagining modern gifting with creativity and heart; and Humble Bee, where Veronica Stevenson is pioneering nature-inspired biomaterials that could redefine sustainable manufacturing.
“Springboard has always been about creating an ecosystem where women entrepreneurs can thrive. By bringing together the SBE Australia network and our broader community, we’re deepening our global impact and ensuring founders everywhere can benefit from shared resources, expertise, and connections,” said Kay Koplovitz, Chairman of the Board, Springboard Enterprises.
Through this integration, all SBE Australia alumnae will have full access to Springboard’s community and resources.
The unified network will continue to advance Springboard Enterprises’ legacy of supporting high-potential women founders through access to investment opportunities, peer support, and expert guidance from industry leaders across the world.
