Ashley Libby Diaz is the founder of Joni Health, a women’s health startup on a mission to change the course of women’s physical and mental health with psychology-informed tools—from statement apparel to a movement in the making. In a time when women are enduring more cancer, more infertility, more anxiety and depression, more heart disease, more reproductive health issues—yet losing healthcare rights and health autonomy—Joni is enabling and empowering women to control the elements of their health they still can: their emotions, their mindset, their decisions, and their actions.
