Elise is a recognized leader in the venture capital industry. With experiences across founding a
company, launching startups in venture studios, and early-stage investing, she can speak the
language of many stakeholders and bridge-build to grow game-changing companies.
Elise brings a lifelong passion for championing women’s needs and female empowerment to the
Go Red for Women Fund—whether it be working on Oxeon and Deerfield’s Break into the
Boardroom initiative to leading an all-female cohort of health and wellness entrepreneurs
through Humans in the Wild.
Prior to joining the Go Red Fund, she spent four years at Human Ventures — a pre-seed and
seed-stage VC firm known for providing early checks to first-movers in women’s health like

moving to the investment team. Earlier she worked in both the healthcare venture studio and
the executive search divisions at the healthcare firm, Oxeon.
Elise is actively involved in the leading organization for women in VC—All Raise. She leads the
NYC events committee, has hosted breakout sessions for other female investors at the annual
summit, and was even profiled for her ability to rise the ranks in VC. Elise is also a TechStars
mentor and served on the board of Morrow (fka the Global Startup Studio Network) in 2021.
She holds a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University, where she graduated magna cum
laude.
