Dr. Jessica To-Alemanji is an accomplished healthcare strategist, innovation leader, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across multiple sectors, including academia, public companies, federal consulting, startups, and nonprofits. With a unique combination of clinical, operational, and technological expertise, she has led high-impact organizations in medical practice, research, digital health, education technology, and strategic partnership development. She holds a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Sciences, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has a clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
