Kate Liebelt has spent the past 20 years helping organizations bring innovative products and services to market. Her career spans R&D strategy and operations, commercialization and business development, corporate governance, organizational transformation, and strategic communications.
Kate’s deep experience in R&D—shaped by roles at Organon (Merck), AbbVie, Takeda, Baxter, and TAP—has uniquely positioned her to support innovative teams in navigating the complexities of product and service launches. She brings particular expertise in planning, budgeting, and progress measurement.
Following her work in R&D, Kate spent a decade in management consulting, partnering with senior executives to design licensing, business development, go-to-market, and sales strategies. She also served as a trusted chief of staff to senior leadership teams, where she led the development of governance frameworks, operating models, and communication strategies that drive alignment and execution.
Beyond her corporate work, Kate is an active start-up and nonprofit board member. She has been recognized for her entrepreneurial advocacy and civic engagement by Springboard Enterprises and Becker’s Hospital Review. A published author, public speaker, and graduate school instructor, Kate continues to share her expertise with the next generation of leaders.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys traveling the world, exploring live music venues, and spending time with her dogs.
