Linda Elkins is a board director and global business and operations executive with extensive experience
across healthcare, MedTech, and innovation-driven growth. She currently serves on the board of
Norman Noble, Inc., and on board committees for Bozeman Health System and USA Swimming,
contributing governance expertise across finance, strategy, investment, and growth. She also advises
early-stage companies on go-to-market strategy, commercialization, and scale.
Over a 25-year career with W. L. Gore & Associates, Linda directed FDA-regulated medical product
design, development, and operations, built Gore’s first Innovation Center in Silicon Valley, designed
equity investment programs, and founded an internal startup that advanced through venture funding.
Most recently, she led enterprise-wide digital transformation and value realization initiatives, delivering
over $24M in savings in a single fiscal year. A proven driver of value creation, Linda combines technical
depth, financial acumen, and governance insight.
Linda holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Innovation from the Wharton School at the University
of Pennsylvania, an MS in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and
a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, where she was an All-American
swimmer. She is also a patented medical device inventor and former professional triathlete who
competed at multiple Ironman World Championships.
