CEO, co-founder. Lindsay has spent the past 15+ years pioneering biotech research for cosmetics, textiles, and biomedical applications. She is a mission-driven scientific leader who draws on her deep technical background to create business value by triangulating innovative research and product development with commercial
targets. Prior to Kapha Bio, Lindsay served as Director of R&D at Bolt Threads and CSO of Eighteen B, where she worked on product-market fit for the world’s first vegan spider silk polymer. Lindsay received her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Tufts University and her B.S. in Biology from Harvey Mudd College.
