Louise is a leader in Bain’s Advanced Analytics practice, with over 25 years of experience in advanced analytics and customer strategy, particularly within retail and other consumer industries. She has spearheaded customer-led strategic transformations, leveraging data science and analytics to drive recommendations. Louise has also guided the design and implementation of data and analytics organizations for clients. She specializes in innovation strategies, facilitating the development of new businesses adjacent to core capabilities. Recently, Louise has focused on advising clients on Generative AI strategy, use case development, and implementation. Louise is also an operating advisor for The 98, a venture capital fund that invests in women-founded tech businesses, and is an advisor and angel investor to other startups. Prior to Bain, she held leadership roles in major consulting firms and industry, and she was an economics professor and published researcher. Louise holds degrees from Georgetown University and the London School of Economics and was a Marshall Scholar. She is a noted author and speaker on global consumer demand shifts, consumer data trends, and analytics strategy.
