Madeleine is a healthcare business development and go-to-market strategist. She currently leads strategic partnerships at Thirty Madison, a virtual-first specialty care company serving over 1 million patients. Madeleine has experience working in strategic roles at various healthcare startups, primarily in the women’s health space, ranging from fertility and maternal care to health challenges that differently and disproportionately impact women+.
She currently serves as Board Chair of the Reproductive and Maternal Health (RMH) Compass, a 501(c)(3) organization working to support and protect RMH benefits for all workers in the U.S. by engaging with employers to assess and expand their RMH benefits. The recently released RMH@Work Corporate Index is the first-ever benchmark of the RMH benefits offered by the largest 100 employers in the U.S. This work is funded by the Ford Foundation, W.K. Kellogg Foundation, and others.
She also serves on (1) the Steering Committee of the NIH and Bill & Melinda Gates Initiative called the Innovation Equity Forum, (2) the Women’s Health Advisory Board at the Health Action Alliance, and (3) the Springboard Women’s Health Council. She is an experienced board leader and volunteer, with a decade of experience working with community maternal and pediatric health organizations in addition to hospitals.
Madeleine stays close to the early-stage startup ecosystem through advisory positions with healthcare and social impact companies. She previously led the Tuck Social Venture Fund and has also spent time with Female Founders Fund, Amplifyher Ventures, and Flare Capital.
