Rebecca spent eight years at Reckitt in roles spanning corporate venture, M&A,
business development, and strategic partnerships. Most recently, she led
post-investment value creation for an early-stage consumer health and wellness
portfolio, with nearly 40 percent of the companies she supported led by women. Earlier,
she spent seven years at the Israeli Ministry of Economy in New York, building

investors, and health systems, and advising founders on U.S. market entry and
commercialization.
Rebecca remains deeply engaged in the women’s health ecosystem as an investor,
advisor, and mentor. She brings a global perspective and strong networks across the
U.S., Europe, and Israel, offering practical guidance on fundraising, go-to-market

is passionate about advancing women’s health innovation and ensuring that promising
technologies translate into real-world adoption and improved outcomes. She is based in
the New York City area.
