Amani Bright is a dedicated professional with a strong background in public health and a passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare sector. She graduated from Furman University in 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and was a member of the Furman Women’s Soccer Team.
Following her graduation, Amani committed herself to a year of service with AmeriCorps, where she served as a Crisis Line Capacity VISTA at a local domestic violence organization in Greenville, SC. In this role, she played a pivotal part in improving the crisis line utilization and intake tracking processes.
After a rewarding service year, Amani served as a Clinical Research Assistant at the Atlanta Center of Medical Research. During this time, she was actively involved in carrying out clinical trial protocols related to postpartum depression and adult and adolescent mental health and neurology.
Amani joins Springboard Enterprises from Ariadne Labs, a health systems innovation lab at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Brigham and Women’s Hospital where she was a part of the Delivery Decisions Initiative Team. As Senior Project Coordinator, Amani managed the program’s portfolio projects and complex research regulatory processes.
Amani is driven by her passion for improving access to healthcare, advancing women’s health, and harnessing the potential of FemTech. She works part time as a Market and Industry Research Analyst for FemHealth Insights and hopes to be a catalyst for positive change within the Women’s Health and Healthcare sectors .
