Amy Davis is the Associate Vice President leading the Oncology Clinical Development organization at Eli Lilly and Company. She is a pharmacy graduate of Purdue University and practiced pharmacy before joining Lilly.
During her nearly 22 years at Eli Lilly, Amy has held numerous leadership positions spanning therapeutic areas, supporting clinical and integrated drug development, medical affairs, strategy and operations, and project/portfolio management.
In addition to her leadership roles, Amy is recognized as a champion of diversity and inclusion and has been acknowledged for her strong people development. She also serves as Lilly’s representative and Executive Committee Representative to Springboard Enterprises.
