Penny currently advises and develops Chief Executives, Presidents, and Founders of public and private entities on all aspects of value creation. In addition to Springboard, she serves on the Board of Captuure, a media tech startup, Semper Capital Management, an asset management firm, and is a Senior Advisor to CareFinders Total Care, a $340 million mid-stage home health company with 8,000 employees. She previously served on the boards of Automated Collection Control, Inc., Boston Advisors, LLC, Lebenthal & Co., Miavita, Liechtenstein Global Trust Asset Management, Chancellor LGT Asset Management, and Chancellor Capital Management.
Formerly a Senior Managing Director for Guggenheim Partners, Penny served as a member of the firm’s Management Committee and Founding Head of Corporate Social Responsibility. Before Guggenheim, she served as CEO of Russell Investments Americas Institutional division and a member of the Russell Executive Committee and Global Risk Management Committee. Prior experience includes President and CEO at Utendahl Capital Management, President and COO of Chancellor LGT Asset Management (currently Invesco Institutional); and President, COO, and CAO of Chancellor Capital Management (formerly Citicorp Investment Management).
A pioneer and entrepreneur in the asset management industry, Ms. Zuckerwise is the founder and principal of Wiserock, LLC, which provides strategy, management oversight, and business advice to a select group of companies, CEOs, management teams, and venture funds. Penny co-founded Boldcap Ventures LLC, the first New York women’s venture capital fund targeting early-stage private investments across the media, technology and health care industries.
