Alisa Wilson is a Managing Director and leader in Accenture’s National Life Sciences practice. She has 25 years of industry experience building practices and leading innovative transformations to address complex challenges in the Life Sciences sector.
Whether it’s a digital implementation, new strategy, or redefining the nature of work, Alisa leverages her deep expertise in Life Sciences to advise leaders on preparing for and implementing new innovations and transformations in an agile manner.
Alisa holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and actively serves as an advisor and board member for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) and as an advisor to Springboard Life Sciences Healthcare CEOs.
Most recently, Alisa was honored as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in the Bay Area for 2025. Additionally, she has published articles on Women’s Health Innovation and Cell and Gene Therapy growth strategies, presented at the 2025 JPM Conference on the State of Women’s Health in Therapeutic Areas with Springboard, and moderated and participated in panels at the Galien Awards and JPM Life Sciences Trends sessions.
